NEVER GIVE UP

Today at church the pastor hit me with a few major moments. I love being in church and having that OH MAN feeling! Like you were in a dark room and all of a sudden the light switch is turned on and you can finally see. What a great feeling that is!
He was talking about reaping what you sow- "If you put junk in, you'll get junk out, If you plant tomatoes seeds you'll get tomatoes- not watermelons." It made me think about all the goals and aspirations we have. There's so much I want to accomplish, so much I want to achieve, but what am I doing to get there- What's the plan, what's the purpose of everything I'm doing?
The pastor also hit me with this valuable-thought: If I want something to change, I need to do something differently. I can't expect for things to magically happen, no one in this house owns a magic wand!
Change requires work, consistent work.
If every single day you work on something that is beneficial towards your growth, then every day you are one step closer to the goal. It's easy to stop for a break, sometimes pushing forward can be hard. Do you ever feel like there's always an obstacle in the path that leads towards success?
Scripture tells us to be strong and never give up because it's not supposed to be easy. We are given a warning to not give up because it was foreseen that we would want to quit. Hard work is not always easy, but hard work is always rewarded. Keep your eye on the prize and remember, if you're not producing the results you want- CHANGE, but never give up!
2 Chronicles 15:7 (NLT) “Be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded. ”
